We are about six miles from Haverfordwest, in and around our county town we have Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Morrisons, Laura Ashley, Next, plus of course many individual shops and cafes. On the riverside there is a farmers market every two weeks. It seems that every village and town in Pembrokeshire has its own Castle or Hill Fort, many are huge some are very small but still worth a visit. The Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path is a must, as are the offshore islands with their abundant wildlife. Rogeston is central to St. Brides Bay so is never far away from many of the sites of interest. The Beaches vary from very large to tiny but all have their own individual character.
Galleries abound, museums are small but worth the effort, some of the gardens are exceptional.
The National Botanic Garden of Wales is about 1 hours drive from Rogeston.
The City of St. Davids is the smallest City in the U.K. and is a favourite of ours, we never tire of visiting the Cathedral.
